Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every smartphone and laptop we sell is authentic and sourced from the United Kingdom. We stock major global brands including Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, HP, Dell, Lenovo, and ASUS.

Do you sell pre-owned products?

Yes. We sell both brand-new and certified pre-owned devices. Pre-owned products are inspected, tested, and graded before listing. The condition is described clearly on the product page. All pre-owned products carry the same 3-month warranty as new products.

What brands do you carry?

Smartphones: Apple (iPhone), Samsung, Google Pixel, and other major brands. Laptops: HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, and Apple (MacBook).

What if a product I want is not in stock?

We order items from the UK twice every month. If a product is out of stock, place your order or contact us on WhatsApp and we will include it in the next shipment. We will notify you as soon as it arrives.

How do I place an order?

Browse our products at tm.cooldigital.net, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Pay using Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, PayChangu (card), or bank transfer.

Can I pay with mobile money?

Yes. We accept Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to request cancellation. Once dispatched, our returns policy applies.

Where do I collect my order?

Our collection point is at Area 3, Room 12, Jadil Hedrian House, Lilongwe. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver across Malawi. Delivery costs are paid by the customer. The delivery fee will be communicated to you after your order is placed.

Is delivery free?

No. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your location.

What warranty do you offer?

Every product comes with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us on WhatsApp (+265 886 228 509) or email (info@techmartmw.com) with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs. We will respond within 2 business days.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs.

Do you offer layby?

Yes. Pay a deposit of at least 30% and the balance in monthly instalments over up to 3 months. The product is reserved and released to you once the full price is paid.

What happens if I miss a layby payment?

You have a 5-day grace period. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date after a reminder, TechMart may cancel the layby. The deposit is non-refundable and a 10% administration fee applies.
