Yes. We sell both brand-new and certified pre-owned devices. Pre-owned products are inspected, tested, and graded before listing. The condition is described clearly on the product page. All pre-owned products carry the same 3-month warranty as new products.

Every product comes with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

Yes, within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
Yes. Pay a deposit of at least 30% and the balance in monthly instalments over up to 3 months. The product is reserved and released to you once the full price is paid.
You have a 5-day grace period. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date after a reminder, TechMart may cancel the layby. The deposit is non-refundable and a 10% administration fee applies.
